By moving from stronger to weaker revenue sources, the tax bill will make it even harder to fund our many needs in the coming years. The budget the legislature enacted today is also inadequate, containing the 20th round of cuts over the last decade and further undermining the public investments critical to a thriving state. We can, and must, do better.”
